Quotes and orders
Quotes provided through the contact form, by email or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. They are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing. An order is confirmed when we send a written confirmation; until then, no contract exists.
Personalised goods
Goods that have been personalised in any way (embroidered, printed, cut, or pressed) are not returnable except where the goods are faulty or received in error. Please review proofs and check sizing before confirming the order. Our full returns terms are here.
Liability
We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Where we customise goods supplied by you, we are not liable for damage caused by issues inherent to those goods. None of these terms restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
