Our commitment
Stick n Stitch Design is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to comply with our duties under the Equality Act 2010.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
header, nav, main, footer) on every page - A skip-to-main-content link on every page
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element, never removed
- All images have meaningful alternative text, or are marked decorative where appropriate
- Body text is at least 17px and uses a high-contrast colour pairing
- All interactive elements are operable by keyboard with logical tab order
- Forms use real
labelelements and clear error messages - Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion - Touch targets are at least 44×44px
Known limitations
We're not perfect. Known issues we're working on:
- The OpenStreetMap embed on the Contact page is a third-party iframe whose accessibility we cannot fully audit. We provide direct links to OSM and Google Maps as a fallback.
Reporting a barrier
If you've hit an accessibility barrier on this site — a page that's unreadable with a screen reader, an interactive element you can't reach by keyboard, anything that stopped you doing what you came to do — please tell us. We treat every report seriously.

Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in the UK. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your accessibility report, you can contact the EHRC.
