Returns policy

We want you to be happy with everything we make. If you do need to send something back, we're happy to accept it within 14 days of the invoice date — provided it isn't a personalised item (see below).

Faulty goods or items received in error

If you've received something faulty, or something that wasn't what you ordered, please get in touch immediately so we can sort it. We'll arrange a return on your behalf and either replace the item, refund it, or correct the order.

If you've simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return the item — please arrange your own postage in that case. If you have received the wrong item and we don't have written confirmation of the order, we may not be able to replace it. Always keep your written quote or order confirmation.

Personalised goods

Goods we've embroidered, printed, vinyl-applied or otherwise personalised are not returnable. Please:

  • Check all artwork proofs carefully before approving them. Once you've signed off and we've started the run, we may not be able to stop it.
  • Try a sample for size before ordering in bulk. Size guides are a guideline only; we can't refund items that don't fit if the size guide was followed.

Customisation of goods you supplied

We're happy to embroider, print or apply vinyl to garments you bring in. However, we are not liable for damage that arises from or in connection with our embroidery and printing services on goods supplied by you. If in doubt, ask us — we'd rather flag a risk before we start.
